I am originally from the small town of Magnolia, Texas. As a
young man, after serving in the U.S. Army, I moved to Houston seeking employment. I made my way up the ladder reaching management capacity in the moving and storage industry with several large world wide van lines.

I loved working with people which led me into the field of realestate in 1988. Again, from sales agent, realtor, to management of the most recognized companies. Currently, I am still an active licensed realtor in the State of Texas, and now own and operate my own business, Art Clepper Property Management.
This was a natural extension created by request from my real estate clientel

I have been married to the same lady for over 45 years. We have three grown daughters and five grandchildren, two in the University of Houston, and the others still in school but college bound.
Other than family, my interest are many. A few are hunting, fishing, sports, raising horses, gardening, and enjoying Nascar racing on a VERY personal level.
